This past month, we focused on something we all need but often overlook: self-care. During Self-Care Month, we embraced various mindfulness and wellness activities in the office, reminding ourselves that well-being isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a practice.
One of the highlights of Self-Care Month was our MAD Art Therapy session. This session allowed our team to take a break, reflect, and express themselves creatively.
Guided by their emotions and thoughts, our team members connected with their inner creativity through art.
What made this session special wasn’t just the art—it was the chance to connect with ourselves and each other on a deeper level. Art therapy is a gentle and powerful way to explore feelings, heal emotional wounds, and develop self-awareness. For our team, it was more than just creating something on a canvas—it was about opening up, sharing, and feeling supported by those around them.
The feedback we received from the team was heartfelt and touching. Here are some thoughts from those who participated:
“The (MAD Art Therapy) session was a breath of fresh air. It gave me a moment to slow down and express things I hadn’t even realized were there.“
“With so many creative activities at work, I’ve been inspired to make more space for creativity in my everyday life.“
We’re committed to making self-care a cornerstone of our culture, not just for a month, but all year round. We want every person on our team to feel supported, valued, and empowered—both personally and professionally. We’re excited to keep finding new ways to bring well-being into the workplace so we can continue to grow together.
